1. New add-on: Documents: Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint
A new add-on for working with common office documents. Ask for a document and you get a finished file: CODEXIS AI Agent can read documents, edit them and create them from scratch.
What matters is the extra step it takes: before handing a document over, it looks at it. It renders every page as an image and checks whether a table has broken apart, text is cut off at the margin or a blank page was left behind. If it finds something, it fixes it and checks again. You won't get a document that looks fine "in code" but broken on paper.
What you can ask for:
- Word (.docx): contracts, lawsuits and filings, memoranda, letters, reports. For example: "Prepare a lease agreement based on these materials and add our letterhead."
- PDF: reading including scanned documents, creating PDFs, filling in forms, merging and splitting. For example: "Merge these three PDFs into one and drop the blank pages."
- Excel (.xlsx): spreadsheets, formulas, financial models, overviews. For example: "Turn these invoices into a monthly overview and calculate the totals."
- PowerPoint (.pptx): creating and editing presentations with a visual check of every slide.
You'll find it under Add-ons → Documents. Select it whenever you want to work with Word, PDF, Excel or PowerPoint files.
The same assistant is also available directly in Microsoft 365 apps as an add-in for Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You work right inside your documents, emails, spreadsheets and presentations, without leaving your usual environment. Install the add-in from the Microsoft Marketplace; it requires an active CODEXIS subscription.
2. New add-on: Slovak Contract Register
A new add-on connected to the Slovak Central Contract Register (crz.gov.sk). It searches Slovak public contracts by subject, contracting parties, company ID (IČO), value and date of conclusion. You'll find it under Add-ons → Slovak Contract Register.
